- -Do not use ContentSpy to bypass access controls, ignore platform restrictions, collect non-public data without authorization, or encourage violations of third-party terms.
- -ContentSpy may suspend, limit, or remove features where we believe continued use creates legal, safety, platform, or abuse risk.

Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans, renewals, taxes, cancellations, refunds, and invoices are handled through Stripe or another payment provider. The checkout page or order form controls pricing and billing terms for your plan. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-Party Services
ContentSpy may connect to or rely on third-party services, APIs, models, data providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and ContentSpy is not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, content, or enforcement decisions.
Intellectual Property
ContentSpy, including its software, design, trademarks, workflows, and product content, is owned by ContentSpy or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for ContentSpy or others, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could create legal, security, platform, or abuse concerns. You may stop using ContentSpy at any time.
Disclaimers And Limits
ContentSpy is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform enforcement, or business interruption.
